How it works

From conversation to agreed actions

Pam turns an unstructured conversation into material your team can work with right away.

The meeting becomes a transcript split by speaker. From it, Pam produces the notes and decisions, tasks and company memory.

Key answers

Frequently asked questions

Pam takes note-taking off your key people: notes, decisions and tasks with owners are ready as soon as the meeting ends, so the team moves from talk to action faster. The recording and transcript become a neutral source of truth to come back to if views differ. And once Pam is connected to Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, the team gets answers that take into account what was discussed in meetings.

Scheduled meetings from your calendar, ad-hoc meetings joined by link, and in-person conversations you can record locally in the browser. You can also upload an existing recording, and Pam will process it the same way.

Yes. Pam works with the most popular task managers, so tasks from a meeting can appear there right away, labeled “AI” so the team can see which ones Pam created.

Your team does. Pam joins only the meetings it’s turned on for and is always there as a visible participant; there is no hidden mode. Everyone in the meeting can see it’s being recorded and can ask the organizer to turn it off.

Yes. You can turn Pam off for any meeting in your calendar, including single occurrences of recurring events, and add it manually by link when needed. Local recording starts only when you click “Start recording”. So meetings that shouldn’t be recorded simply happen without Pam.

Only the meeting’s participants and the people you share it with can see its materials, through a link with the sections you choose and an expiry date. At Harmix, system access follows the principle of least privilege, with approval and regular reviews. Transcription and AI services process content only to produce the result and don’t store it.

In your company’s Pam workspace, on servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. If data must stay inside your company, Pam can be deployed in your cloud or on your own servers; we define that setup after a technical review.

For as long as your account is active: the materials themselves have no automatic deletion date, only the links you share expire. You can delete your account yourself in settings: the data is erased immediately, and encrypted backups are fully rotated within 7 days. For an enterprise setup, we agree on a custom retention period after a technical review.

Yes. You can add your own meeting quality criteria to the notes: was there an agenda and did you get through it, does every task have an owner and a deadline. Pam checks them and adds findings and tips to the post-meeting report. Together we set up which criteria to use and who sees the report: the organizer only or all participants.

Yes. After the demo, we agree on a short pilot on your team’s real meetings: we define the participants, the tools you work with and your security requirements. Based on the results, we choose the pricing model and setup.

If your team uses Pam every day, paying per user is simpler, with predictable monthly costs. If the number of meetings varies, usage-based pricing fits better: you pay for the volume of meetings Pam processes. We settle on the final model together after the demo and pilot.
